Standard Delivery (2/3 working days)
Your item(s) are printed and shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Please note that we have no impact on the actual delivery time, and the calculations of delivery times are estimates only.
- If you place your order by 12pm Monday to Friday, we will process the proof the same working day.
- Your orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier.
- A signature may be required on receipt.
- If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card.
- Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution center.
- Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Fast Track Delivery (24 hour)
We offer Fast Track Shipping, which is available Monday – Friday, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays. Your order will enter production the following business day and take 1-2 business days to be produced and shipped out.
Once the order leaves our facility, it will be delivered on the following business day.
If you want to get a faster shipping method, then you would need to either get in touch with us before your order begins production to process a shipping upgrade or you would need to cancel this order and place a new one with the upgraded shipping method.

CrickShouts shop fair return policy
If your order contains printing errors or defective goods, we will of course take back the product and refund you in full or send you a new product.
We also promise:
Even when there is nothing wrong with the product, you can return it within 14 days after ordering. You can:
- Exchange it if you don’t like the product, or
- Have the product cost refunded, as long as you haven’t designed the product yourself.

Every order you receive from CrickShouts is a unique, tailor-made item that has been especially made to order on demand. This is what differentiates us from more traditional clothing companies. Returned goods cannot be put back on the shelf and sold to the next customer – so what comes back to us simply lands in the charity box.
To help us keep our promise – we ask you to do a couple of things…
- Don’t make a large order until you have made some kind of test!If you are a little unsure about sizes, colours, cuts or printing techniques – submit a test order before making the big purchase!
- Check your order’s e-mail confirmation immediately!If you see a spelling mistake or have picked the wrong design, follow the link in the order confirmation e-mail and cancel/change the order immediately.
- Order as soon as possible if you need your order for a specific date.We are fast, but we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at your door the very next day. Sometimes there can be delays due to design errors, stock issues or delivery delays. Of course, if you have selected the express option (which adds an additional cost) your order will be guaranteed to be with you by the promised date.
We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached labels and before disposing of any original packaging.
The buyer is responsible to pay for the return postage.
